The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ian avoids the head kick by Adams.
A swing and a miss from Ian.
Ian takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Adams uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ian.
Ian waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Adams.
Ian throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Adams counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Adams scoring well with a low kick there.
Adams throws a good cross that connects.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adams dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ian. That did some damage!
Adams scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Ian throws a series of punches but Adams moves out of range.
Ian takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Adams cracks Ian with a right hand to the side of the head.
Adams throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Ian looks gassed!
Adams cracks Ian with an open hand slap.
Ian throws a lazy uppercut
and Adams counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Adams scores with a jab to the jaw.
Ian is still on wobbly legs! Can Adams finish him?
Ian takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ian walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Ian is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!
