Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghiorghos Papadopoulos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chew Bacca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Papadopoulos comes into the arena with Robocop Theme by Basil Polidouris blaring out of the sound system. Bacca has chosen Chewbacca Noise as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chew Bacca will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bacca misses with a jab, cross combination.

Papadopoulos is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Bacca pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Papadopoulos has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Bacca after a bit of a struggle.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Papadopoulos. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Papadopoulos shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bacca's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Bacca working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Papadopoulos doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Papadopoulos manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Chew Bacca decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
