Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Muay Thai Spar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rick Lance!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Spar. Lance does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lance throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Lance throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Spar counters with a leg kick.
Lance misses with a right hand
and Spar counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lance throws a push kick but Spar slaps the foot to one side.
Spar throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Lance's head.


It looks like Rick Lance has been cut.

Lance has Spar up against the cage in a clinch.
Spar really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lance trying to land knees to the body.
Lance is looking for a takedown.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spar lands an elbow just above Lance 's eye.
Spar just leaning against Lance, taking a breather.
Lance struggles to land a body shot inside as Spar controls his hands.
Spar misses with a knee strike.
Lance tries to work over Spar's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Spar lands an elbow inside that Lance shrugs off.
Lance looks to throw an elbow but misses.
A head punch on the inside from Lance fails to land.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lance lands an uppercut.
Lance drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Spar gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lance drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Muay Thai Spar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rick Lance.
Lance is looking to take this one to the mat.

Spar decides to pull guard.

Spar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lance pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Spar is keeping the position for now.

Spar is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Lance rolls with it to try and escape but Spar cranks on the arm and Lance is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
