Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lazerus Limbtwister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwight Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Limbtwister's entrance music is Wait and bleed by Slipknot. A fine choice. Howard is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: superman theme. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Limbtwister has his takedown stuffed
enabling Howard to counter with a crisp jab.
A nice inside leg kick there by Howard. That's going to slow Limbtwister down.
Howard throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fighters circling - Limbtwister throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Limbtwister dives in and grabs Howard's left leg, looking for a takedown. Howard pushes down on Limbtwister's head and hops out.
Dwight Howard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Howard turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

It looks like Lazerus Limbtwister has been cut.

Howard swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Howard throws a push kick but Limbtwister slaps the foot to one side.
Limbtwister takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Howard is looking to clinch but Limbtwister is avoiding it.
Limbtwister avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Howard moves into the clinch successfully.
Limbtwister has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Howard avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Limbtwister ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Limbtwister no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Limbtwister had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Howard defends it easily.
Howard wants to control from the top but Limbtwister keeps moving.

Limbtwister is looking for a triangle here but Howard uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Limbtwister wants to sweep here but Howard controlling him for the moment.

Limbtwister has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Howard has passed into side control.
Limbtwister tries to bench press Howard off him but Howard keeps the position.
Howard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Limbtwister. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Howard is staying tight to Limbtwister's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Howard wants to control but Limbtwister is keeping him busy.
Limbtwister sneaks back into half guard.

Limbtwister is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Howard pulls his head out easily.
Limbtwister is looking for a sweep. Howard is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Howard keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Limbtwister tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Howard swivels and escapes.
Howard scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Limbtwister checks a low kick from Howard.
Howard throws a body kick that misses.
Howard catches Limbtwister with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Limbtwister walks forward, straight into a front kick from Howard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Howard rushes Limbtwister and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Howard digs a right hand into Limbtwister's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Limbtwister's gas tank.
Howard is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Howard lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Howard throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Limbtwisters head.

Lazerus Limbtwister's cut is getting worse.
A nice right hand lands inside from Howard.
Howard lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
A short body shot lands from Howard as the two fighters clinch.

Howard content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Howard escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Limbtwister shoots in for a double leg but Howard sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Howard lunges at Limbtwister with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Limbtwister's hand.
Howard connects with the punch.
Howard has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Howard throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Limbtwister crashing down! Limbtwister tries to stagger back to his feet but Howard just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Limbtwister asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
