Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vadim Alexeev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Drakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vitor Drakov acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Drakov does no damage.
Drakov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Alexeev avoids a punch combination nicely.
Alexeev has a takedown stuffed.
Alexeev tries to clinch but Drakov moves out of range.
Drakov lands with a nice body punch.
Alexeev dodges the punch combination from Drakov.

and Drakov counters with a two punch combo.
Drakov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Drakov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Drakov lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Drakov closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Alexeev to the mat! Alexeev manages to get full guard.
Alexeev will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Drakov thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Drakov looks gassed!

Drakov is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Alexeev working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Drakov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Drakov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Alexeev escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Drakov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Alexeev is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Drakov has his hands clasped together but Alexeev extends an breaks Drakov's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Alexeev.
