Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Green!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Sergei Dronov and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Green decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Kozelkov looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Kozelkov is looking to escape.
Green passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kozelkov!
Kozelkov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Green on the ground.

Kozelkov on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kozelkov tries to get out of the position.
Green prevents Kozelkov from getting the reversal.
Kozelkov squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Green postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kozelkov looks a forlorn figure.
Green tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Kozelkov is desperately trying to improve his position but Green has a good base and remains in mount.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Let's hope that Green has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Chris Green hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kozelkov takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kozelkov is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Green.
Green shoots in and drives through. Kozelkov sprawls well.

and Green counters with a three punch combo that has Kozelkov backing up. Kozelkov nods at Green to acknowledge the strikes.

Kozelkov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Green swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Green is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kozelkov's half guard.
Kozelkov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Green slows the pace down in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Green is looking to take a break and control but Kozelkov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Chris Green has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Kozelkov thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Green if he has to take too many more of those.

Green goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Green checks a leg kick.
Green throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kozelkov.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Green crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kozelkov - the referee stops the clock and Green gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kozelkov. Green manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Green shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kozelkov eats them both and turns towards Green to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Green throws a nice looking combination but Kozelkov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Kozelkov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kozelkov wants it to stay on the feet.

Green takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Kozelkov throws a wild body kick that Green sees coming a mile off.
Kozelkov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Green moves away.
Both fighters circling a little - Kozelkov finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Green has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kozelkov.

No joy there for Green, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's time! Kozelkov's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Green throws a right and a left that both miss.

Green takes the fight into the clinch.
Kozelkov tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Green smiles and moves away.
Green looks to land a body kick but Kozelkov moved away.
Green tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kozelkov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Green somewhat.
Kozelkov looks to score with a jab to the body but Green is just out of range.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Green feints and as Kozelkov raises his hands in defense, Green changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kozelkov is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Green is controlling him.
Green slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Green staying calm.
Kozelkov tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Green controlling his opponent.
Green trying to control but Kozelkov is having none of it.
Chris Green has got the better of the ground game so far.
Green landing strikes, looking to finish!
Kozelkov is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Kozelkov is squirming around, avoiding Green's attempts to control the action.
Green is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Kozelkov is bucking up trying to escape but Green cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
You get the feeling that Kozelkov really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Green working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Kozelkov looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Green! Submission of the night perhaps?
