Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eugene Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grey Callisto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Grey Callisto!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Callisto has a takedown stuffed.

Callisto shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jackson is trying to defend but Callisto finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Callisto is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Callisto looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Callisto wants to pass to mount but Jackson is defending the position.
Jackson trying to hold on to Callisto's head to control him but Callisto postures up.

Callisto is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Jackson is looking to escape.
Jackson is looking for a sweep. Callisto is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Callisto is controlling the pace.
Jackson wants to control but Callisto is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Jackson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jackson.
Callisto trying to control the position from guard on top but Jackson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Jackson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Callisto can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Jackson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Callisto is controlling him.

Jackson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Callisto!

Callisto is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Jackson trying to control but Callisto is having none of it.
Callisto keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Callisto is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Grey Callisto dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Jackson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Callisto wants to take the fight to the mat but Jackson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but Callisto blocks with his arms.

Eugene Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Grey Callisto.

Callisto is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jackson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Jackson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Eugene Jackson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Callisto closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Jackson is trying to improve his position.

Callisto is looking to take a break and control but Jackson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Callisto prevents Jackson from escaping the position.
Jackson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Callisto wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Callisto wants to control but Jackson is keeping him busy.
The referee asks Callisto politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Callisto prefers to stall for the moment though.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Jackson is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Jackson struggling a bit here.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Jackson clinches up with Callisto and pushes him back against the cage.
Callisto looking to slow down the pace here.

Jackson looking for a takedown.

Jackson gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Grey Callisto has got the better of the ground game so far.
Jackson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Callisto is keeping the position for now.

Jackson is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Callisto has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Jackson is looking to defend but Callisto has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jackson! Callisto pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jackson taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Grey Callisto!
