The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skrzypczak shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Voychenko sprawls well. Voychenko wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Skrzypczak gets slowly back to his feet.
Skrzypczak uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Voychenko.
Skrzypczak looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Skrzypczak tries to bum rush Voychenko with a series of wild strikes but Voychenko uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Voychenko lands a nice looking body kick.
Skrzypczak shoots for a double leg takedown but Voychenko sprawls well. He's pushed Skrzypczak's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Krzysztof Skrzypczak. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Skrzypczak has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Voychenko.
Voychenko dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Skrzypczak. That did some damage!

Voychenko is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Skrzypczak can't fight it off and eventually Voychenko manages to take the fight to the floor. Skrzypczak looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Voychenko is working to tighten is grip on Skrzypczak's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Skrzypczak has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Voychenko is really squeezing tight and eventually Skrzypczak passes out! Voychenko breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
