Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glen Coco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rus Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coco's entrance music is Wale - Pretty Girls (benny Bennassi remix). A fine choice. The key to victory for Glen Coco has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taylor drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Coco looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Taylor works over Coco with some ground and pound from guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Coco is working an open guard so Taylor takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Coco fails with the takedown

and Taylor counters with a shoot takedown. Coco fights it but they end up in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taylor passes Coco's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Nice strikes from Taylor there.

Taylor postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Coco to stand up.
Taylor pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Coco circles away from the clinch attempt.
Taylor checks a leg kick nicely.

Taylor gets the takedown into side control.
Taylor content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Taylor's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Taylor stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Taylor shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Taylor showed some decent athleticism there.
Coco knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Taylor on the ground.

Taylor maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Coco could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Taylor has cracked it and Coco is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Taylor!
