And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pur slips a jab and a cross from Laskey.
Pur avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Pur looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Laskey is fending him off so far but Pur persists. Nope, Laskey circles away and we're back to standing.
Laskey tries to clinch up but Pur circles away and keeps his distance.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pur fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Laskey manages to avoid it.
Nice takedown defense from Laskey. No joy for Pur on that attempt.

Pur bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Laskey gets caught napping as Pur dives in and scores a takedown. Laskey manages to retain guard.

Pur has gone for a leg lock! Laskey slips out almost immediately though and dives into Pur 's guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Pur decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Laskey's guard.

Pur bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Laskey's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Pur has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Laskey defend it? Pur steps over the head and cranks it - Laskey is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Pur !
