The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nielamliwy shoots in for a takedown but Sheehan shows good takedown defense.

Nielamliwy tries for a takedown but Sheehan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Justus Sheehan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michal Nielamliwy.

Sheehan jabs Nielamliwy to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Nielamliwy shoots in for a takedown but Sheehan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Nielamliwy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sheehan.
Sheehan cracks a nice hook into Nielamliwy's ribs.

Sheehan can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Nielamliwy is looking to escape.
Sheehan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

After the fight, Justus Sheehan was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
