Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Matt Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Mutch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes to the cage accompanied by PUNK ROCK!!!! . The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Matt Hall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jordan Mutch!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hall gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Mutch blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Hall.
Mutch wants to break free but Hall has control.
Hall has Mutch pushed against the cage.
Mutch takes an elbow to the temple.
Mutch has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hall avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Hall keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mutch's efforts to push away.
Hall lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Hall lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mutch backwards.
Mutch is trying to force a seperation but Hall has the dominant position.

Hall is trying to maintain a safe position but Mutch gets an underhook and turns Hall into the cage.

Mutch is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Hall can't fight it off and eventually Mutch manages to take the fight to the floor. Hall looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Hall bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mutch's guard.

Mutch has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hall can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Mutch had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hall defends it easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Mutch is trying to keep Hall in close.
Mutch is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hall is controlling him.

Hall avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Mutch is looking for a triangle but Hall pushes his legs off easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hall passes Mutch's left leg - he's now in half guard.

A close round but Jordan Mutch will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Hall connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Mutch tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hall lands a body shot.
Hall doesn't manage to clinch there - Mutch circles away.
Hall is looking to clinch but Mutch is avoiding it.
Hall ducks under a wild hook from Mutch.
Horrible takedown by Mutch or perhaps it was just good defense by Hall which made him look bad.

Hall lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A slow jab from Mutch misses its intended target.
Mutch misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hall lands a nice looking body kick.

Hall scores with a hook to the body. Mutch takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Hall buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hall chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hall tries to close the distance and clinch but Mutch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mutch throws a hook but Hall blocks it.

Mutch shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mutch showed some decent athleticism there.
Mutch is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Hall reverses the position - he's now on top in Mutch's guard.
Jordan Mutch has got the better of the ground game so far.
Mutch lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hall!
Hall can't escape the position.
Mutch can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hall is looking to escape.

Hall is looking to improve his position but Mutch isn't that keen on the idea.
Hall wants to control but Mutch is having none of it.
Mutch throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Mutch misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Hall keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Hall is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mutch with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Hall is trying desperately to improve position.
Hall is in a horrible position here. Mutch smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Mutch pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Mutch tries to control but Hall wriggling away.

Mutch throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Hall because Mutch loaded up on that one.

Mutch wants to control the pace but Hall is squirming around nicely.
Hall is in all sorts of trouble here.

Hall holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hall regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Mutch.
Hall not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Mutch postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Jordan Mutch showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Mutch misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Hall makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Hall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mutch circles away quickly and effectively.

Hall moves into the clinch successfully.
Hall stalling against the cage.
Hall tries to stall but Mutch uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Maybe Hall would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Mutch creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Hall wants to stall.
Mutch works on Hall's body with a couple of short punches.
Hall throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Mutch escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hall is looking to clinch but Mutch is avoiding it.
Hall throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mutch looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Hall fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mutch fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hall listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Mutch shoots in for a double leg but Hall sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Mutch rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hall moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Hall counters with a nice body shot.
Hall lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Matt Hall is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hall lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Hall fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mutch.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Mutch crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hall - the referee stops the clock and Mutch gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hall. Mutch manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Hall fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hall walks into a stiff left hand from Mutch.
Mutch connects with a looping right hand.
Hall has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Matt Hall has been cut.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mutch throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mutch takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Mutch throws a series of punches but Hall avoids them all with ease.
Matt Hall is winning the standup battle so far.
Hall tries to clinch but Mutch is having none of it.
Hall pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mutch swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hall counters with a right hand to the body.
A slow jab from Mutch misses its intended target.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Hall.
A nice combination there by Hall.
Hall throws a leg kick which misses Mutch's front leg but catches the back leg as Mutch tries to avoid it.
Hall staying out of range there.
Hall displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mutch throws out the jab.
Mutch will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hall looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Matt Hall has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Hall fakes the leg kick and cracks Mutch in the body.

Mutch slaps away a takedown attempt from Hall, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hall uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mutch.
Mutch avoids the head kick by Hall.
Jordan Mutch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hall wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
A thudding body kick lands there by Hall!
Hall tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mutch paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hall feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mutch's calf.
Both fighters circling a little - Hall finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Hall walks into a left hand.
Hall is looking to wear down Mutch with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Hall tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mutch manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Mutch throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hall cracks the inside of Mutch's front leg.
Mutch misses with a wild body shot.
Mutch's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Mutch shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Matt Hall.
I think Mutch has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
