The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bechara misses with a wild body shot.
Sherman buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bechara looks to land a right hand but Sherman moved out of range.
Bechara lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bechara throws a nice looking combination but Sherman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The fighters circling - Bechara throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sherman tries to close the distance and clinch but Bechara swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bechara lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Michael Sherman has been cut.

Bechara avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Sherman motions for Bechara to come forward. Sherman throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Sherman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bechara tries a head kick but it misses.
Sherman wants to land a leg kick but Bechara is out of range.
Bechara fails to land with a series of punches.
Bechara throws a head kick but Sherman moves out of range.
Crunch! Sherman slams his shin into Bechara's torso.

Sherman misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Sherman does no damage.
Sherman tries to clinch there but Bechara circles away.
Sherman throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bechara's head.

Sherman is looking to chop away at Bechara's legs.
Sherman tries a low kick but Bechara avoids it.
Sherman throws a push kick but Bechara slaps the foot to one side.

Bechara drops Sherman with a beautiful combination! Sherman stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bechara is looking for the KO!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bechara is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Sherman flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Sherman is out cold! Bechara holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
