The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burger is looking to clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Burger tries to clinch but Schaub is having none of it.

and Burger counters with a head kick that drops Schaub to the mat! Schaub scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Burger tries to close the distance and clinch up but Schaub swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Schaub shoots for a takedown but Burger saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Burger has closed the distance and engaged Schaub in a clinch.
Schaub wants a takedown but no success here.

Burger has Schaub pressed against the cage. He pushes Schaub back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Burger throws a beautiful elbow that sends Schaub crashing to the floor! Burger piles on the pressure with more strikes! Schaub is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
