Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dustin Taul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felix Merquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Merquez is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mind Da Gap feat. Valete - Não Pára. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Felix Merquez was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Taul!
Merquez throws a right and a left that Taul avoids nicely.
Taul tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Merquez connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Taul on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Taul doesn't manage to clinch there - Merquez circles away.
No luck for Merquez with that takedown attempt.
Taul shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Merquez tries to bum rush Taul with a series of wild strikes but Taul uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Merquez counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Taul!
