Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Captain Beefheart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alonzo Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by W.O.L.V.E.S. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Beefheart.
Harris fails to land the takedown.
Beefheart is looking to land body kicks.
Harris throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Harris connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Beefheart with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Harris moves in looking to clinch but Beefheart pushes him off.
Beefheart is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Beefheart lands a nice looking body shot.
Harris ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Harris catches Beefheart with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Harris is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Captain Beefheart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alonzo Harris.
Beefheart throws a knee to the head but misses.
Harris lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Beefheart or not.
Beefheart manages to break the clinch.
Harris shoots in looking for a takedown but Beefheart manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harris's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Beefheart fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Harris takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Beefheart lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
That has opened up Alonzo Harris's cut even more.
Beefheart getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Beefheart swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Harris.
Harris throws out a powerful jab.
Beefheart connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Harris's hands.
Beefheart just misses with a punch to the body.
Beefheart fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Harris.
Beefheart jabs Harris right on the nose. Harris blinks but takes it well.
The cut above Alonzo Harris's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Beefheart misses with an attempted mid kick.
Beefheart tests Harris's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Beefheart lands a jab to the nose.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Beefheart rushes Harris and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Beefheart bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Harris's head backwards.

and Beefheart counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Beefheart pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Harris takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Alonzo Harris's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Harris misses with a low kick.
Nice body punch from Beefheart.

Beefheart fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Harris.
