The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SlowGun moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Ashby shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
SlowGun keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Ashby unloads with some shots from mount but SlowGun bucks and avoids them well.

You get the feeling that SlowGun really doesn't like being in this position too much.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ashby is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, SlowGun has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

It looks like Thiago SlowGun has been cut.
Ashby will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
