Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Leis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kari Taalasmaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leis's entrance music is No Sleep - Wiz Khalifa. A fine choice. Taalasmaa has chosen Jore Marjaranta - Tunteisiin as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leis closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Leis lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Leis in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Leis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Taalasmaa swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Leis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Taalasmaa is looking to escape.
Leis has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Taalasmaa's face.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Leis bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Leis is looking to take a break and control but Taalasmaa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leis scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Taalasmaa to see if he's OK.
Taalasmaa is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Taalasmaa takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Taalasmaa is rocked!
Leis in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Taalasmaa looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Leis turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
