PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Juaquin Oreilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Twisted Von Prawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Oreilly enables Von Prawn to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Oreilly manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Von Prawn shoots in for a double leg but Oreilly sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Juaquin Oreilly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Twisted Von Prawn.

Oreilly decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Von Prawn, up you get!

Von Prawn dives in and grabs Oreilly's left leg, looking for a takedown. Oreilly pushes down on Von Prawn's head and hops out.
Von Prawn tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Oreilly manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Oreilly really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Von Prawn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Oreilly looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Von Prawn is looking to take a break and control but Oreilly is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Von Prawn wants to finish this one by submission but Oreilly is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Von Prawn.
Poor strikes thrown by Von Prawn there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Oreilly sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Von Prawn is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Von Prawn takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Twisted Von Prawn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Von Prawn has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
