Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ninja Assassin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Six Shooter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shooter has chosen DJ Antoine - Ma Cherie as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Assassin or perhaps it was just good defense by Shooter which made him look bad.
Assassin goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Shooter checks a leg kick.

Assassin fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Shooter is out of range.

Assassin has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Assassin there as he acknowledges the shot.

Assassin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Shooter's waist but Shooter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Assassin off to one side.

Shooter postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Shooter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Assassin swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A close round but Six Shooter will probably get the nod.

Shooter connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Shooter feints a jab promting Assassin to slip. Shooter then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Assassin slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Assassin closes the distance and clinches.

Shooter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Six Shooter seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Assassin uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shooter.

Shooter lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Assassin throws a low kick, looking for Shooter's leg but Shooter calmly moves out of range.

Shooter steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Assassin. That one must have hurt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Shooter enables Assassin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Shooter manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Shooter paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Assassin - great work!
