The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McFly forces Snake Hunter back against the cage and clinches.

Snake Hunter is trying to trip McFly. He has hold of a leg but McFly is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Snake Hunter persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Bojangles McFly has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
McFly throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

It looks like Bojangles McFly has been cut.

and Snake Hunter counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
McFly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Snake Hunter paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McFly throws a hook to the side of Snake Hunter's head but Snake Hunter sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Snake Hunter gets tackled into the cage by McFly. McFly maintains the clinch.
Snake Hunter drops down looking for an ankle pick but McFly pulls his leg out and moves away.
Bojangles McFly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dutch Snake Hunter.

A big strike lands for Snake Hunter! That's really hurt McFly and he's turned his back - Snake Hunter keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Snake Hunter jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
