The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Westinghouse has managed to clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Westinghouse throws an elbow but misses.
Delight pushes off an throws an elbow but Westinghouse leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Westinghouse on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Westinghouse lands with a hook. Delight tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Delight wants to clinch up but Westinghouse keeps it at a distance.

and Delight counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Delight throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Westinghouse.

Westinghouse throws a nice looking combination but Delight bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Westinghouse takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Westinghouse shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Delight defends it nicely.

Delight connects with the punch.
Westinghouse pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Westinghouse uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Delight.
A low kick from Westinghouse is predictable there
and Delight counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Westinghouse swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Westinghouse fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Delight, pushing him back against the cage.
Delight misses with some punches.
Delight tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Westinghouse tries a knee to the head but Delight blocks it.
Delight just leaning against Westinghouse, taking a breather.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Delight using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Westinghouse has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Delight misses with a hook from the clinch.
Delight is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Delight manages to break the clinch.
Westinghouse throws an off balance right hand
and Delight counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Westinghouse swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Delight counters with a slapping leg kick.
Westinghouse throws a right and a left that both miss.
Delight's corner calls for a 1-2. Delight obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Westinghouse is rocked!
Westinghouse stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Delight.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Delight clinches up against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Delight's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Delight lands an elbow just above Westinghouse 's eye.
Delight stalls.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lucky Delight dominated that round.
That's time! Delight's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Westinghouse throws a series of punches but Delight moves out of range.

Westinghouse has Delight up against the cage in a clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Delight just misses with a elbow thrown towards Westinghouse's brow.
Westinghouse throws an elbow but it misses.
Delight throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Westinghouse keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Delight's efforts to push away.
Delight will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Westinghouse up against the cage.

Delight pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Al Westinghouse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Delight wants to clinch.
Westinghouse thows a left - swing and a miss!
Delight feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Westinghouse's calf.
Delight throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Westinghouse misses with a left hand

and Delight counters with a crisp one two that drops Westinghouse! Delight thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Westinghouse to his feet! Westinghouse is in big trouble!
Westinghouse is still on wobbly legs! Can Delight finish him?

Delight drives through and clinches with Westinghouse against the cage.
Delight lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Delight breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Delight shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Westinghouse rushes Delight and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Delight misses with a knee strike.
Delight pushes Westinghouse against the cage. Delight is working some dirty boxing. Delight pushes off with a quick right hook! Westinghouse goes down! Westinghouse tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Delight moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
