Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mao Zedong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Forge Craftsman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zedong uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Craftsman.
Craftsman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Zedong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Craftsman somewhat.
Craftsman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Zedong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Zedong is not content to let Craftsman control the position.
