Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hussein Eissa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Laus Pipko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pipko closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Eissa's guard.

Eissa working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pipko doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pipko manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Pipko must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Pipko wants to pass the guard but Eissa is keeping the position.
Pipko working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Eissa's head.

Pipko lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pipko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Eissa swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pipko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Eissa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Pipko gets to his feet and stands over Eissa, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Eissa felt that one! Pipko unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Eissa from any more punishment!
