Burger comes to the cage accompanied by Ghosts n' Stuff. Souza has chosen Mv Bill - Marginal Menestrel as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Souza.
Burger is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Souza is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Burger is surviving well by controlling Souza's body position as best he can.
Burger is squirming around, avoiding Souza's attempts to control the action.

Souza seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Burger is holding on tight.
Souza trying to control but Burger is having none of it.
Souza throwing strikes but Burger bucks up and reverses the position. He's now in guard on top.
Burger utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Burger is working for a guillotine from mount but Souza frees his head quite easily.
