Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henry Saari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franz Kafka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saari comes to the cage accompanied by Beck - Loser. Kafka has chosen Haters Gonna Hate as his entrance music. Franz Kafka has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Henry Saari!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Franz Kafka!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kafka bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kafka lands a nice leg kick that just misses Saari's sensitive parts.
Saari throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Saari misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Saari misses with a body shot.
Saari scores with a nice strike.
Kafka scores with a nice body kick.
Kafka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kafka throws the kick towards the body but Saari avoids it.
Saari ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kafka works the jab nicely.
Kafka lands a nice leg kick that just misses Saari's sensitive parts.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kafka fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Sloppy strikes from Saari. Those never looked like landing.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kafka lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Saari has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Saari and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Saari tries to bum rush Kafka with a series of wild strikes but Kafka uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kafka fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Saari has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kafka fakes the leg kick and cracks Saari in the body.
Saari is breathing heavily.
A shot to the liver by Kafka. Beautiful body shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kafka.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kafka changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Kafka throws a leg kick which misses Saari's front leg but catches the back leg as Saari tries to avoid it.
Kafka dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Saari. That did some damage!
Saari on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Kafka chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kafka scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Saari on the wrong end of a nice hook.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Saari takes one to the chin there.
Kafka scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Saari doesn't seem bothered though.
Kafka lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Franz Kafka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Saari takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Saari takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Saari walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Saari moves forwards but Kafka connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Kafka scores with a leg kick.
Kafka fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Saari has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kafka scores with the left hand. Saari knows he should have avoided that one.
Kafka fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Saari to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Saari looks to clinch but Kafka throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Saari taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Franz Kafka!
Franz Kafka decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
