The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Head shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wizard napping and manages to drive through into side control!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Wizard can't do much from the bottom here.
Wizard is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Wizard is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Head is trying to get an arm triangle but Wizard is defending well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Head is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Wizard has escaped the position, nice work there.
Wizard tries to improve position but can't.
Head trying to control the action but Wizard is working from the bottom.

Wizard is defending against the submission attempts here by Head.
Head is looking to take a break and control but Wizard is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Wizard defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Head.

Head is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Wizard to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Wizard shrugs it off.

Wizard is squirming around, avoiding Head's attempts to control the action.

Wizard is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Head locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Wizard is forced to tap!
