Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Blachovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pekka Perkele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blachovich comes into the arena with Metallica - Enter Sandman blaring out of the sound system. Perkele has chosen Danzig - I Don't Mind The Pain as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blachovich lunges at Perkele with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Perkele's hand.
Perkele thows a body shot but no joy.
Sloppy strikes from Blachovich. Those never looked like landing.
Blachovich rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Perkele to counter with a crisp jab.
Perkele on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Blachovich. Blachovich obviously looking to wear him down.
Blachovich takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Perkele throws the kick towards the body but Blachovich avoids it.
Perkele steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Blachovich.
Blachovich avoids a kick to the body.
Perkele lets loose with a powerful body kick. Blachovich will feel that in the morning.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Blachovich looks to land a body kick but Perkele moved away.
Pekka Perkele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Perkele looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A nice leg kick lands there from Perkele.
Blachovich on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nice uppercut lands for Perkele. That snapped Blachovich's head back.
Blachovich thows a left - swing and a miss!
Perkele looks to throw the jab but Blachovich is out of range.
Blachovich thows a body shot but no joy.
Perkele throws a chopping leg kick but Blachovich manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Perkele throws the left hand but Blachovich avoids the punch easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Blachovich misses the shot to the body.
Perkele has taken the fight to the clinch.
Perkele lands a hook that snaps the head of Blachovich backwards.
Blachovich is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Perkele misses with a hook from the clinch.

Blachovich takes a shot to the head.
Perkele misses with a hook from the clinch.
Perkele swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Blachovich's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
It looks like John Blachovich has been cut.
Perkele makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Blachovich tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Perkele smiles and moves away.
Blachovich pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Perkele misses with a wild body shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Perkele.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Perkele moves out of range of the strikes.
Perkele swings for the body but Blachovich moves out of range.
Blachovich throws a lazy right hand but Perkele sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Blachovich takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Blachovich throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Blachovich moves out of range of the body kick.
Perkele with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Blachovich is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Perkele's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Blachovich is breathing heavily.
Blachovich throws out a loose jab but Perkele uses good head movement to avoid it.
Perkele slaps away a takedown attempt from Blachovich, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Perkele drops Blachovich with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Blachovich looks back up at him and smiles so Perkele waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Blachovich is rocked!
Perkele ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Blachovich's jaw. Blachovich's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Perkele does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pekka Perkele!
An intense looking Pekka Perkele took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'SUOMI-FINLAND-PERKELE!'.
