The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson with a lazy takedown attempt
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Aguri checks a low kick from Wilson.
Aguri thumps Wilson with a low kick.
Wilson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Aguri circles away.
Aguri comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The fighters circling - Aguri throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wilson throws a nice looking combination but Aguri bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wilson is defended easily by Aguri.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Aguri is looking to improve his position but Wilson isn't that keen on the idea.
Wilson lands a big shot there that rocks Aguri but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Wilson unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Aguri wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Wilson celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

Nick Wilson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
