Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alex Andre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angus Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Andre might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Memories- Guetta. Young has chosen AC/DC - Live Wire as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Lou da Vinci and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andre chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Young can pounce on him.
A slow jab from Young misses its intended target.
Young tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Andre was well out of range. Poor timing from Young.
Andre takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Young, as that shot connected.
Andre connects with a solid leg kick.
Andre shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Young eats them both and turns towards Andre to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Young throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Andre's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Young connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Andre scrambles back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Andre lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Andre lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Young takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Andre tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Young lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Andre circles away quickly and effectively.

Andre shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Andre throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Andre comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Young pushes Andre back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Alex Andre will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Andre throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Young's waist but Young gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Andre off to one side.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Andre tried to score with a low kick but Young checks it.
Young throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Young connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Andre's hands.
Andre is rocked!
Andre on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Oh Andre is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Andre is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Young doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Andre crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Andre's bad books for that mishap!
