Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fluffy Kittens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mookie Magaba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magaba has chosen Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, David Schapiro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magaba changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kittens tries to avoid it but Magaba manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kittens to the ground. Kittens escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kittens gets caught flat footed, as Magaba shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Magaba throwing strikes from guard but Kittens blocks nicely.
Magaba drops back looking for a leg! Kittens is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kittens manages to kick Magaba off! Magaba jumps back into Kittens's guard.

Magaba is looking to work some ground and pound but Kittens has wrist control.

Kittens is looking for a triangle but Magaba pushes his legs off easily.

Magaba is looking for a triangle here but Kittens uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Kittens looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kittens trying to control the position but Magaba is working away.
Kittens throws a strike aimed at the side of Magaba's head but Magaba avoids it well.
Magaba manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Magaba is working for a submission of some sort.
Kittens regains full guard. Nicely done.

Magaba is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Kittens had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Magaba defends it easily.
Magaba thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Magaba scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Magaba drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Magaba jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Magaba won't allow Kittens to sweep him here.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Magaba's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Magaba postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kittens is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Magaba, into his guard.

Magaba has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kittens should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Magaba has tightened it up now! Kittens should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Mookie Magaba!
A very excited looking Mookie Magaba made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
