Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Bones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Vaughn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bones kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fight Music D12. Vaughn has chosen Wild Thing as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaughn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bones.
Nice cross by Vaughn.
Donk. Vaughn catches Bones right on the button with a cross.
Bones fails with a takedown attempt.
Vaughn bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bones's head backwards.
Vaughn punishes Bones's body with a nice straight punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Vaughn swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bones.
Vaughn lands a jab to Bones's midsection.

Rick Vaughn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Bones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Vaughn tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bones was well out of range. Poor timing from Vaughn.

Vaughn throws the left hand but Bones avoids the punch easily.
Bones takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Vaughn tries to bum rush Bones with a series of wild strikes but Bones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Vaughn fails in his attempt to clinch.
Vaughn fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bones on the side of the head.

Bones misses with a looping left.
Vaughn thows a body shot but no joy.
Vaughn thuds a left hand into Bones's body.

Bones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vaughn moves out of range of the body kick from Bones.
Vaughn cracks Bones with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bones doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Vaughn counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jonny Bones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vaughn throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Bones gets the takedown into side control.
Bones is looking to take a break and control but Vaughn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
What's Vaughn going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bones with the ground and pound but Vaughn regains half guard under the barage of strikes.

and Vaughn counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Bones 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Vaughn has closed the distance and engaged Bones in a clinch.

Vaughn drops Bones with a big right hand! Vaughn charges in looking to finish - Bones manages to keep Vaughn in his guard and seems to have recovered somewhat.

Vaughn unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Bones! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Vaughn is unloading with more strikes now! Bones drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
