Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matteo Minonzio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milo Stukov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Minonzio comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica Enter Sandman. Stukov has chosen Without God as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Matteo Minonzio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Milo Stukov!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stukov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Minonzio swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Minonzio is defended easily by Stukov.

Minonzio throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stukov tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Minonzio is in Stukov's guard.
Minonzio is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Stukov is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Minonzio is controlling him.

Minonzio has gone for a leg lock! Stukov slips out almost immediately though and dives into Minonzio's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stukov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Stukov is looking to stand up but Minonzio won't let him.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Minonzio is on top in guard.

Minonzio lands a couple of elbows.
Stukov utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Minonzio is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stukov is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stukov has escaped and now he's on top!
Minonzio has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Stukov is looking to stand up but Minonzio won't let him.

Stukov stands and steps away. Minonzio gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Stukov lands a big head kick that sends Minonzio tumbling to the mat! Stukov takes a step backwards and waves Minonzio back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Minonzio is rocked!

It looks like Matteo Minonzio has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stukov moves into the clinch.
Oh Minonzio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stukov lands a big knee! That's hurt Minonzio! Oh, he's all over the place! Stukov lands another knee that sends Minonzio to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
