PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Freida Felcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sneaky Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Bastard. No joy for Felcher on that attempt.

Felcher moves into the clinch.

Bastard tries to stand but Felcher is controlling from the bottom.

Felcher had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Bastard is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Felcher Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Bastard's back instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Felcher is not going to allow Bastard to sit and survive in this position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Felcher is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Bastard has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Felcher closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bastard circles away.

Felcher has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Felcher jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Bastard manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Bastard throws a right hand that Felcher ducks under and follows up with a left that Felcher also avoids with ease.

Felcher closes the distance and clinches up with Bastard, looking for a takedown. Felcher pushes Bastard against the cage but Bastard circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
