These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos slips under a jab from Pazziollo.
Pazziollo punishes Dos Santos's body with a nice straight punch.

Dos Santos rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pazziollo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Pazziollo cracks Dos Santos with a right hand to the side of the head.
Dos Santos closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pazziollo circles away.
Thiagollo Pazziollo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Victor Dos Santos.

Pazziollo cracks Dos Santos with an uppercut from hell and Dos Santos crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Pazziollo's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
