The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McNasty connects with a nice looking jab.

Oh, that's a big right hand from McNasty and Nunes goes tumbling to the canvas! McNasty follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

McNasty looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
McNasty forces the positional change into back control.

McNasty is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Nunes is defending well though. McNasty let's go of the attempt for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nunes seems to have recovered his senses.

McNasty is persistently looking for the submission but Nunes is defending it well.

McNasty is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Nunes defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Nunes won't enjoy being in this position. McNasty looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Nunes is tapping - it's over boys! McNasty picks up the submission victory!
