Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wrestling Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Drysdale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wrestling Beast!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Drysdale!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beast misses with a head kick.
Drysdale shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Beast throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Beast shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Drysdale gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Beast scoring with punches to the head and body.
Beast pushes down on Drysdale's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Beast throwing shots but Drysdale is blocking nicely.
Beast is trying to control. Drysdale wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Beast is looking to take a break and control but Drysdale is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Drysdale regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Beast.

Drysdale had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Beast defends it easily.
Beast in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Beast drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Drysdale manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Beast has Drysdale in his guard.
Drysdale stops Beast from standing up.

Drysdale missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Beast is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Drysdale in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Beast wants to stand but Drysdale is controlling the position.

Beast pushes Drysdale off and gets back to his feet.
Beast ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Drysdale moves away.

Drysdale bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Beast tries to escape but Drysdale is in control.
Beast is breathing heavily.
Drysdale is looking to take a break and control but Beast is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Drysdale is trying to get an arm triangle but Beast is defending well.
Drysdale trying to control the action but Beast is working from the bottom.
Drysdale prevents Beast from escaping the position.
Beast taking a bit of punishment here - Drysdale scoring with strikes.
Beast is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Beast trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
A lull in the action here as Drysdale stalls from top position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Drysdale tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Drysdale has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wrestling Beast dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Drysdale shoots in and bounces Beast off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Drysdale trying to control but Beast is working from the bottom.

Drysdale has gone for a leg lock! Beast slips out almost immediately though and dives into Drysdale's guard.
Drysdale utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Beast wants to control from the top but Drysdale keeps moving.
Beast stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Drysdale swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Beast looking to sit in guard and control but Drysdale gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Beast is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Beast has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Drysdale off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Drysdale blocks a head kick by Beast.
Beast tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Drysdale shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Beast pinned against the cage. Beast gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

That was a close second round but I would say that Wrestling Beast will probably get the nod.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Beast is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Drysdale is controlling him.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Mark Drysdale comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
