Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jay Sleek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bayden Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sleek comes to the cage accompanied by Clawfinger - Biggest & The Best. Wood has chosen kick my ass......rehab as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sleek.
Wood swats away the attempt to clinch by Sleek.

Wood rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sleek moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Sleek closes the distance and clinches up with Wood, looking for a takedown. Sleek pushes Wood against the cage but Wood circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sleek suckers Wood into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Sleek is now in Wood's guard!

Wood closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Wood is stalling here. Sleek is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Wood seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Sleek has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Wood is pushing Sleek's head away, looking to escape. Sleek manages to hold on to the position though.

Sleek takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
