Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lou Singer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Singer as he avoids it easily.
Singer tries to clinch there but Peterson circles away.
Singer moves in looking to clinch but Peterson pushes him off.

Singer is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Peterson wants to control the pace but Singer is squirming around nicely.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Let's hope that Peterson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Sid Peterson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!
