Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mick Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Scull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason Scull will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Scull!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn misses with a double jab.
Scull tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Penn counters with a nice uppercut.
Scull throws a hook to the side of Penn's head but Penn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Penn scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Penn wants to pass to mount but Scull is defending the position.
Penn works his foot free and advances to mount.
Penn wants to control the pace but Scull is squirming around nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Scull is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

Penn looking to secure an arm triangle but Scull defends it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Penn dominating with strikes here.
Penn thowing shots but they're missing.
Penn looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Penn thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Scull is squirming around, avoiding Penn's attempts to control the action.

Poor strikes thrown by Penn there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Penn controlling from mount.
Penn scoring with strikes but Scull is staying in there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Penn throwing strikes here but Scull is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Penn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Penn looking to ground and pound but Scull is blocking nicely.
Penn cracks Scull with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Penn working for a submission but Scull is keeping him at bay.

Penn unloads with some shots from mount but Scull bucks and avoids them well.
Penn lands a big shot there that rocks Scull but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Penn wants to finish this one by submission but Scull is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Penn.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Penn cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Scull is rocked!
The referee warns Scull that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Scull is still in real trouble! Can Penn finish him?
Penn unloading with bombs!
Penn loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Scull scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Penn land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Penn stands and salutes the crowd.
