Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between James Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stand King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stand King is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, James Harrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Stand King!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

King has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Harrison moves in looking to clinch but King pushes him off.

King shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Harrison trying to control from the bottom.
King scoring with strikes to the body and head.
King wants to stand up but Harrison is controlling the position.
King not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

King postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Harrison to stand up.

King changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Harrison looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
King works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Harrison wants to control but King postures up.
King lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harrison parries the strikes from King easily there. King is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Harrison to escape.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. King connects with a nice short shot to Harrison's temple.

King takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Harrison wants to get back to his feet.
King thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

The fighters are battling for position here. Harrison manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Harrison wants to stand and escape but King is having none of it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

King gets to his feet. Harrison looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Harrison is breathing heavily.
King fails with a takedown attempt.

King shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Harrison napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Harrison manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Harrison wants to lay and pray for a moment but King keeps working.
Harrison looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks King with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Harrison passes to full mount!

Harrison goes for an armbar but King turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from King.

Harrison has his foot on King's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. King works his way back into a safe position though.

King decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Harrison, up you get!
Harrison tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. King manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Harrison scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Harrison throws a series of punches but King avoids them all with ease.
King leaves Harrison with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

King shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Harrison's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
King chips away with some ground and pound.
King scoring with punches to the head and body.
King stands up over Harrison, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

King gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

King gets the takedown into side control.
Harrison takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stand King dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



King throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Harrison tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. King is in Harrison's guard.
King postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
King throws a big elbow that misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
King prevents Harrison from getting back to his feet.
King throws an elbow that misses. Harrison uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in King's guard. Nice move by Harrison!
King lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Harrison!

King has a closed guard, preventing Harrison from standing up.
Stand King is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as King holds on and takes a little breather.
King wants to sweep here but Harrison controlling him for the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of James Harrison.

Stand King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

King shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Harrison enables King to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Harrison manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Stand King comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well King has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
