Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Max (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sosuke Aizen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aizen has chosen The Imperial March as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Max throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Aizen on the side of the head.
Max lands with a right hand.
Max will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Aizen avoids a punch combination nicely.

Aizen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Nice uppercut lands for Max. That snapped Aizen's head back.

Aizen moves into the clinch.
Aizen jumps guard but Max stands there with Aizen around his waist. Aizen gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Aizen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Max lands a really nice looking cross but Aizen seems unphased.
Max shoots in and drives through. Aizen sprawls well.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Aizen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Max - the referee stops the clock and Aizen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Max. Aizen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Scott Max seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Scott Max.
