Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Victor Caffey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ray Staines!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caffey displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Staines throws out the jab.

Caffey fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Staines, pushing him back against the ropes.
Caffey lands a knee to the head.


It looks like Ray Staines has been cut.
Caffey tries to land a knee to the head but Staines blocks with his arms.
Staines misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Caffey breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A slapping body kick lands there for Caffey.
Staines looks to land a right hand but Caffey moved out of range.
Caffey lands a leg kick that knocks Staines off balance momentarily.
A slow jab from Staines misses its intended target.
Staines lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Staines misses with the combination.
Caffey blocks a head kick by Staines.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Caffey has closed the distance and engaged Staines in a clinch.
Staines looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Staines tries to break the clinch but Caffey is controlling the position.
Caffey gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Caffey lands an elbow just above Staines 's eye.
Caffey connects with a nasty looking knee right to Staines's face.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Caffey connects with a knee to the head.
Staines wants to break the clinch but can't.
Staines has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Caffey.
Caffey lands a damaging elbow.
A knee to the head by Caffey.
Staines tries to break free but Caffey pushes him back against the ropes.
Caffey stalling against the ropes.

Caffey manages to break the clinch.
Staines takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Caffey lands with a good body shot.
Staines throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Staines takes a head kick and keeps coming.


That has opened up Ray Staines's cut even more.

Caffey darts in and clinches Staines up against the ropes.
Staines wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Caffey has him pressed against the ropes.

Staines is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Staines is trying to force a seperation but Caffey has the dominant position.
Caffey lands an elbow inside.
Caffey tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Caffey with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Caffey lands an elbow inside that Staines shrugs off.
Staines looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

The cut above Ray Staines's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Caffey obliges.

Staines is trying to break the clinch but Caffey has him pressed against the ropes.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Caffey escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Staines tries to bum rush Caffey with a series of wild strikes but Caffey uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Caffey works Staines's body with a nice hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Staines throws an overhand right that lands on Caffey's shoulder, as Caffey tries to avoid the shot.
Caffey lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Staines at a distance.
A nice inside leg kick there by Caffey. That's going to slow Staines down.
Caffey connects with a looping right hand.

Caffey moves into the clinch successfully.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ray Staines's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee is keeping an eye on Caffey - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Staines can't break the clinch.

Staines takes an elbow to the temple.
Staines tries to break free but Caffey pushes him back against the ropes.
Caffey lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ray Staines's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Victor Caffey!
