Diaz moves out of range as Bibb strikes.
Bibb throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Diaz counters with a takedown into side control.

The referee asks Diaz politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Diaz prefers to stall for the moment though.

Diaz is trying to get an arm triangle but Bibb is defending well.
Bibb can't do much from the bottom here.
Diaz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bibb knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Diaz on the ground.

Diaz has hold of Bibb's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Bibb tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Diaz cranks the arm and Bibb screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bibb, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
