Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy BeAst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Orton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BeAst misses with a left hand
and Orton counters with a nice body shot.
Orton throws a head kick that misses.
BeAst swats away the attempt to clinch by Orton.
BeAst throws the left hand but Orton avoids the punch easily.
BeAst scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Orton doesn't seem bothered though.
Orton shoots in but BeAst avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Orton manages to break the clinch.

Orton fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with BeAst, pushing him back against the cage.
BeAst wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Orton has him pressed against the cage.
BeAst prevents a body shot from Orton.
BeAst blocks an elbow strike from Orton.
Orton is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but BeAst is defending well.

Orton's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Orton tries to pull guard but BeAst holds him up against the cage and eventually Orton drops back down to his feet.
Randy BeAst has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Orton.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Orton takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

BeAst is trying to maintain a safe position but Orton gets an underhook and turns BeAst into the cage.
Orton jumps guard but BeAst stands there with Orton around his waist. Orton gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

BeAst is trying to stall.
BeAst can't break the clinch.
BeAst is defending well against a takedown attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Randy BeAst will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Randy BeAst is winning the standup battle so far.

Orton loses concentration momentarily and BeAst pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Orton crashes face first to the mat, out cold! BeAst finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
