Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Super Macho Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Vicious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Macho Man comes to the cage accompanied by Macho Man. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macho Man shoots in but Vicious avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Macho Man bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vicious 's head backwards.
Macho Man really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Vicious tries to close the distance and clinch but Macho Man swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Macho Man throws a right hand that Vicious ducks under and follows up with a left that Vicious also avoids with ease.

Macho Man closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Macho Man decides to return to a standing position.
Macho Man misses with a straight right.

Macho Man closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Vicious to the mat! Vicious manages to get full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Macho Man stands up from Vicious 's guard - Macho Man perhaps looking for a knockout.
Super Macho Man seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vicious wants to control but Macho Man postures up.

Macho Man loads up on a big right hand but Vicious slips the punch.
Macho Man misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Macho Man gets caught flat footed, as Vicious shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vicious trying to control the position from guard on top but Macho Man is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Macho Man avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Vicious wants to pass the guard but Macho Man is keeping the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sid Vicious hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Vicious on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Macho Man tries to bum rush Vicious with a series of wild strikes but Vicious uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Vicious clinches up against the cage.
Vicious is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Macho Man pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Vicious keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Macho Man's efforts to push away.

Macho Man manages to break the clinch.
Vicious slaps away a takedown attempt from Macho Man, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Macho Man looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Vicious is fending him off so far but Macho Man persists. Nope, Vicious circles away and we're back to standing.

Macho Man throws the left hand but Vicious avoids the punch easily.

Vicious rushes Macho Man and presses him up against the cage.

Vicious prevents Macho Man from breaking the clinch.
Vicious has Macho Man pressed against the cage, preventing Macho Man from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Vicious .
Macho Man is trying to break free.

Vicious has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Macho Man is trying to keep an underhook but Vicious manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Macho Man wants to get back to his feet but Vicious drags him back down.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Vicious bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Macho Man wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Vicious might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Macho Man kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Vicious wants to control for a moment but Macho Man uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Macho Man is staying active underneath Vicious , who seems content to just control the action from this position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Sid Vicious .
Macho Man defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Vicious .
Vicious shoots for a takedown but Macho Man saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Macho Man looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Macho Man drives through with a takedown into Vicious 's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Vicious is trying to maintain a safe position but Macho Man gets an underhook and turns Vicious into the cage.

Vicious turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Vicious manages to end up in side control.
Macho Man is not content to let Vicious control the position.

Vicious decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Vicious throws a head kick that Macho Man semi-blocks.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Macho Man fails with a takedown attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vicious tries to clinch but Macho Man moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Super Macho Man will probably get the nod.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Vicious shoots in but no luck this time.

Vicious is looking to stand up but Macho Man isn't so interested in that idea.

Macho Man gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Macho Man shoots in for a takedown but Vicious shows good takedown defense.
Vicious is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Macho Man fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vicious avoids it really well and circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Macho Man. No joy for Vicious on that attempt.

Macho Man feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Vicious looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Macho Man is fending him off so far but Vicious persists. Nope, Macho Man circles away and we're back to standing.

Macho Man dives in and grabs Vicious 's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vicious pushes down on Macho Man's head and hops out.
Macho Man jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Macho Man shoots for a double leg takedown but Vicious sprawls well. He's pushed Macho Man's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Macho Man throws a right and a left that both miss.
Vicious throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Macho Man throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Vicious was covering up waiting for the punch and Macho Man finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Macho Man gets to his feet. Vicious looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Vicious tries to clinch up but Macho Man circles away and keeps his distance.
Macho Man shoots in but no luck this time.

Vicious shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Macho Man but Macho Man pushes him off and we're back to square one.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Macho Man, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
