Trumps comes to the cage accompanied by Jay Z - Money, Cash, Hoes. Aren has chosen The Hood by Dead Prez as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aren misses with a double jab
and Trumps counters with a right hand to the body.
Aren checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Trumps misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Aren lands a lovely overhand right.
Trumps throws a body kick that misses.

Trumps rushes Aren and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Aren is stalling here.
Aren tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Trumps misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Aren.

Trumps breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Trumps tries a head kick but it misses.
Trumps uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Aren.

Aren forces Trumps back against the cage and clinches.
Trumps throws an elbow but it misses.
Aren takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like Shissi Aren has been cut.
Trumps looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Aren tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Trumps is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Aren is defending well for now.

Trumps turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Trumps is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Aren is just riding it out for now. Trumps eventually gives up the hold.

Trumps sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Aren's guard.

Aren is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Aren tries to hold on but Trumps pushes him away.

Trumps doesn't have the hooks in and Aren manages to turn into his guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Trumps keeps Aren at a distance using the push kick.
Trumps lands with a kick to the temple. Aren shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Shissi Aren is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Aren misses with a looping right.
Aren is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Trumps.

Trumps throws a low kick but it's checked well by Aren.
Aren uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Trumps.

Trumps tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Aren lands with a hook. Trumps tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Aren misses with a wild combination.

Trumps bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Aren is trying to get back to half guard.

Trumps thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Aren is looking for a sweep.
Trumps is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Aren's shoulder. That is not cool.
Trumps laying and praying for a moment but Aren takes advantage and regains half guard.
Ian Trumps is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Trumps throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Trumps will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Aren wants to get back to full guard.
Trumps looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Trumps winds up and cracks Aren with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Still in half guard, Trumps seems content to control.
Aren trying to control from the bottom.

Aren is defending against the submission attempts here by Trumps.
Trumps stalling away here and it's allowed Aren to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Shissi Aren has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Aren is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Trumps's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Trumps's back!

Ian Trumps overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
I really don't envy Trumps right now.
