The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moraes throws a lazy uppercut
and Scott counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Moraes swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Scott breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Scott displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Moraes throws out the jab.
Moraes closes the distance but Scott moves to the side
and Scott counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Moraes loads up on a big right hand but Scott slips the punch.
Scott looks to land a combination. Moraes sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Scott lands a left and a right that send Moraes crashing to the mat, dazed. Scott thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Moraes is rocked!
Moraes looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Scott counters with a huge right that knocks Moraes out cold! Scott is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
