Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Simon Plant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyros Sisyphus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sisyphus has chosen Little Black Submarines - The Black Keys as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Edson Gomes and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plant shoots in and bounces Sisyphus off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Sisyphus throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Plant avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Plant scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Plant has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sisyphus to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Plant is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sisyphus pulls down on the head and he's put Plant to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Kyros Sisyphus!
In his post fight interview, Kyros Sisyphus started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
