Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fatso Bomber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryu Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bomber's entrance music is The Champ. A fine choice. Machida has chosen Street fighter theme song by pennywise as his entrance music. Ryu Machida has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bomber on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Bomber misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bomber lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Machida backs up against the cage.
Machida fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Machida wants to clinch.
Machida tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bomber swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A jab lands there for Machida.
Machida keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Sloppy strikes from Bomber. Those never looked like landing.
Bomber misses with a combination
enabling Machida to counter with a crisp jab.
Machida scores with a leg kick.
Machida slips a jab and a cross from Bomber.
Machida connects with a crisp jab.

Bomber pushes Machida up against the cage in a clinch.
Bomber can't break the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Machida tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Machida using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Bomber has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Bomber manages to pull guard.

Machida wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Bomber's closed guard. He's half up but Bomber has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Bomber pivots and extends the arm, Machida falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Bomber! Well done that man!
